Responsibilities
- Meal preparation under Chief Cook
- Galley cleaning, hygiene
- Provisions handling, stock
- Baking, bread
- Galley waste sorting
Must Have
- Ship's Cook Certificate MLC 3.2
- Food hygiene certificate
- 12 months as Cook
- BST, PSCRB valid
- Valid medical, D&A, basic English
Nice to have
- Chief Cook experience
- International cuisine
- Tanker experience
- US visa C1/D
- HACCP course
